All Sensors Integrated into the STM32

The hardware team has successfully joined all sensors together and got them working simultaneously on the STM32. The DS18B20 temperature sensor, the SEN0189 pH sensor, the ultrasonic water level sensor, and the turbidity sensor are now all running together on the same board, marking a major step forward in the project.

The next steps are building a container to house and protect all the sensors, and powering the entire system through a battery, including the water pump and the valve.

The hardware team has successfully got all sensors working individually using STM32IDE. The sensors brought into operation are:

• Temperature sensor — DS18B20
• pH sensor — SEN0189
• Ultrasonic water level sensor
• Turbidity sensor

The main obstacles throughout this process were understanding how each component works, as they all operate differently and required individual study before being able to make them work properly.

The next step is integrating all of them together into the same STM and placing them inside the container that will isolate them from the water in the tank.
